WHERE IS NOVA?
Nova is located at 1140 Sunningdale Rd E in the heart of London’s highly sought after Sunningdale neighbourhood, steps away from the Stoney Creek YMCA, across Mother Teresa Secondary School, and only minutes’ away by driving to Western University.
WHAT IS A 2-STOREY BACK-TO-BACK STACKED TOWNHOME?

Let’s break it down!

Stacked Townhome: In a stacked townhome, each unit is self-contained, meaning it has a private entrance and independent utility systems, much like a single-family home. These units are then "stacked" in a multi-level building, with units above or below each other similar to an apartment building.
2-Storey Stacked Townhome: "2-storey," means that the townhome spans two levels, offering more living space then an apartment and the feel of a traditional two-storey home, but within a stacked structure.
Back-to-Back Configuration: In a back-to-back layout, townhomes are positioned back-to-back with other units in the same building. This design is similar to an apartment building but removes the need for interior hallways, allowing each unit to have its own direct entry offering added privacy and convenience!

We chose this layout for Nova to combine the benefits of spacious spaces and efficient layouts with the privacy and individuality that townhome living provides.

HOW LONG IS A LEASE AT NOVA?
Enjoy peace of mind living with secure rental rates! Nova offers select 3-year lease terms with the option to renew or terminate each year. Our minimum lease term is 12 months. If you choose to stay beyond the 12 months, your rental rate will not increase over the 3-year period.
ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Utilities are not included however, high-speed fibre internet is offered for Nova provided by Bell and complimentary for a select number of our first tenants!
IS THERE VISITOR & EV PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! NOVA offers a vast amount of visitor and accessible parking as well as exclusive EV charging stations for residents. In addition, bike parking is available encouraging active and sustainable transportation!
HOW OFTEN DOES THE SHUTTLE SERVICE RUN FOR?
Our exclusive luxury shuttle service runs every 45 minutes from Nova and stops at the Stoney Creek YMCA, Masonville Mall, Western University and our sister property Masonville 42s!
IS THERE A MODEL UNIT TO VIEW?

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
Stay tuned for parking prices. Coming soon! All resident vehicles must be registered with our property management staff to guarantee that fair and sufficient parking is accessible for residents, visitors, and service personnel.
